Oolong classic

This tea from Vietnam is produced using ancient Taiwanese methods: fresh leaves are dried in the sun, then rolled in baskets to start the fermentation process, then dried using low temperatures. This tea has a flowery, sweet aroma.

prep: 3g tea leaves (1 heaping tsp) per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 176-194F. Allow to brew for 2-3 minutes.
