Black Classic
Traditionally known for gifting the world with green tea, Japan has recently started to dabble in black teas. Delicate sweetness and subtle fruitiness come together and produce a reddish golden cup with a pleasant aftertaste.
Prep: 3g tea leaves (1 heaping tsp) per 8oz cup of filtered, boiling water cooled to 176°-194°F. Allow to brew 1-3 minutes.
