Classic Oolong 

One of the most unusual tea specialties is produced by hand in the province of Fujian. Immediately after withering the still moist leaves are heated shortly in milk water steam which conserves the pretty, lightly live green leaf, and invokes the distinct creamy scent and taste. 

Prep:3 grams of tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 ounces of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 194 degrees F. Allow to brew 2 minutes.
