Second flush, black classic
This nice and organic quality tea is grown in a small plantation in the eastern Assam valley. A delicate leaf structure and with golden tips and an infusion, which impresses with its smooth expressive bouquet, and spicily scented aroma with malty touches.
Prep: 3g tea leaves (1 heaping tsp) per 8oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3-4 mins.
