#8786  Hand-crafted by a 4th generation artisan oolong tea maker in Taiwan's central Nantou county.  It is crafted in the traditional style with a medium oxidation and moderate roasting through a concentrated baking.  The process creates a smooth palate with aromas of roasted buckwheat, with a subtle note of dried apricot.

Preparation: 3g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 2 min.
