China Chun Mee
Green Classic Tea
This popular Chinese tea is rooted in very old traditions. Chun Mee is grown in southeastern China near the Yangtze River. The tea has a very tangy aroma accompanied by a slight sweetness.
Preparation: 1 heaping tsp per 6oz cup of filtered water, boiled then cooled to 80ºC/176º. Allow to brew 2-3 min.
