Green Classic Tea
This hand-made rarity has its origin in a garden near the river Hiki in the district of Wakayama. Fascinating are the long pine-needle-shaped dark green leafs. The infusion is light yellow, very clear with the typical fresh grass scent and an intensive highly aromatic taste.
Preparation: 1 heaping tsp per 8oz cup of filtered water, boiled then cooled to 60ºC/165º. Allow to brew 1-2 min.
