From the eastern part of the Chinese province of Fujian, the tea also known as "Black Pearls" is carefully processed by hand. It presents a pleasantly aromatic, mild, and full bodied taste with a slightly smoky note. The lead is rolled into pearls and has a shiny anthracite color. The infusion is medium-dark, the bouquet aromatic and round. 

Brew 1 heaping tsp per 8oz of boiling water. Allow to steep for 4 min.
